We have all been there. A light pocket but big ambitions for our knife collection. Well, the good news is, the skyrocketing demand of cheap pocket knives have forced many manufacturers to produce good quality pocket knives for under $10. If you are someone who is satisfied with an average quality knife that doesn’t break the bank, our list is for you.

We are going to be handpicking five different pocket knives that are all under $10 but provide you with a basic cool blade that wouldn’t want to miss out on. Let’s just get right into it alright.

Tanto Blade Folding Knife

So, for our first pocket knife under $10, we have a really cool assisted opening Japanese tanto style folding knife. It’s really awesome because of that patterned black handle which has got a really cool dragon print on it.

The handle design on there as well as the pattern on the blade itself is called Damascus edged pattern. This isn’t real Damascus but it’s made to look like Damascus. At this price point you’re not really gonna find true real Damascus but this pocket knife really mimics that style and looks for under $10.

At the bottom of the handle there is a lanyard hole so you can carry this really cool knife around your neck by a cord. This pocket knife gives you an eight inches overall length for $10. The spring-assisted the blade itself is 3.6 inches and that is made from 3ce r-13.

Only downfall of this pocket knife under $10 is that it does not have a pocket clip. That’s one thing we wished they added but at the same time it would probably take away from the aesthetics of the knife. If you are looking for a cool EDC knife to have and if you want to be a little flashy then this one is just $10 away.

Spring Assisted Karambit Knife

Number two on our list is a spring assisted folding Karambit. This thing has a solid 6.5 inches overall length and features a black aluminum handle. Who would have thought you could get your hands on a karambit pocket knife for under $10?

It’s nice and lightweight but also a really durable pocket knife under $10. The blade itself is three inches overall and made from 3ce r-13 steel. So if you are looking for a cheap knife that won’t corrode too easily, you got it.

If you are into karambits, you know obviously the Karambit hold which allows you to hold it in a forward grip or you can hold it in the reverse grip if you’re in a self-defense type situation. This pocket knife fits comfortably in the hand for under $10.

This folding knife has a pocket clip making it a super cool EDC self defense knife. One thing we really want to stress about this knife is that the deployment is super fast so you just got a thumb stud and it fires out of the handle like a lightning bolt.

So in a situation where you might need a pocket knife, you can quickly get to the blade and slice and stab the hell out of your attacker for just under $10. They say never put a price tag on your life, but we say this little one might just be worth it or more.

Folding Cleaver Knife

Number three on our list of pocket knives under $10 is a huge and massive folding cleaver knife. This one is the 10.25 inch version of a regular 12 inch folding cleaver with an exact same style so if you’re into something even bigger you know we have that available too.

But this little folder itself is pretty massive as the blade itself is 5 inches overall and it flings out with a ball bearing assisted mechanism that can rival that of any expensive folding knives. It’s really smooth to open and has a pocket clip on the back.

The blade itself is made of a 3 CR 13 and the handle is made out of aluminum. This pocket is a steal for under $10. It’s got nice cutouts to sort of keep that weight down as for a big knife like this can get really heavy really quickly.

You can get plenty of slice dicey action out of this folding cleaver. The chopping, the smashing and the cutting are all covered with this pocket knife under $10.

Box Cutting Ergonomic Knife

Enough with fancy designs, it’s time to get to brass-tacks. Our next pocket knife is under $10 and super practical for everyday utility. If you want something just laying around the house that does all jobs without an imposing blade, you just got it.

Onto something a little bit more practical, we have picked this knife mainly because of its handle. Who doesn’t love a knife with an ergonomic non slippery handle design? It’s got really nice finger grooves which just mold right into your hand giving you a super comfortable grip.

Then you’ve got nice gimping up on top to kind of secure the blade of this pocket knife for under $10. It’s got a pocket clip on the back of the handle which is of course made out of real wood so it’s super nice and comfortable.

With a lightweight it would be a great everyday carry blade and the deployment is really quick because of its spring assisted mechanism.

For under $10, this pocket knife is a sharp 8.5 inches overall. When closed it’s 4.75 inches with a really nice everyday blade to have. Now if you’re cutting open boxes and stuff like that this is definitely one to consider.

Gold Plated Stiletto Style Knife

For our last and final blade, we’ve got a giant gold spring-assisted stiletto knife. This thing is 13 inches overall and it comes in gold, blue and also a rainbow treated version if you want a pink pocket knife that is under $10.

The handle is an exquisitely crafted piece of art. The handle is made out of g10 so it’s nice and lightweight but also really nice and grippy.

You can get a really nice firm grip on there and then you’ve got a pocket clip on the back for carrying. This pocket knife is a really nice deep carry with a spring-assisted blade for under $10.

The stiletto style blade itself is made out of 3 CR 13 and it is around 5.5 inches overall so you’ve got a massive long blade and a really impressive knife. While this may not be the most practical EDC option but just awesome for the collection with its striking visuals.

So you agree with our list? Get your hands on one of these pocket knives for under $10 and get the deal of a lifetime.
